Responsibilities:

Following are the broad roles & responsibilities but not limited to

  1. Responsible for functioning of all courses
  2. Guide and supervise the participants of the course
  3. Conduct tests to find progress of participants
  4. Manage the stocks of various materials
  5. Undertake community visits to mobilize women to join various courses
  6. Work on placement/ marketing linkages/ setting up of micro-enterprise
  7. Report to the project coordinator of the progress/ shortcomings, and also the success of the placement/ marketing linkages
  8. Attend all meetings called by the project coordinator related to courses

Requirements:

  1. Graduate
  2. Certified by JSS / ITI / NVTI
  3. Should ideally be from the community.
  4. Minimum 5 years of Experience
