Key Responsibilities :
- Recruiting, Training and Mentoring the team of Teachers
- Developing and documenting curriculum
- Supervise the management of school operations including facilities maintenance and oversight of school records and resources.
- Overall school leadership
Desirable :
- PGT with minimum 8 years of teaching experience in a recognized English Medium High School or minimum 5 years experience of administrative charge of a recognized English Medium High School (preference shall be given to candidates with relevant experience in administering a high school)
Key Competencies :
- Fluency in English
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly motivated, persevering, achievement-oriented attitude
- Flexibility in planning and working with a team
