Shinnyo-en of Tokyo, Japan signed a MOU with Deepalaya on 10th September, instituting the “Shinnyo-en Deepalaya Scholarship Program”. The memorandum was signed by Shri T.K.Mathew and Mr. Syuichi Arai of Shinnyo-en.
